What we collect

To make one two-person video, we collect the email address you enter at checkout, two photos you upload after payment, the selected lead person, payment and order identifiers, and the resulting video. We also receive basic request and error logs needed to run and protect the site. You do not need to create an account.

The photos you select before checkout are held locally in your browser so they can appear after payment on the same device. They are sent to us only when you press the generation button on your private page.

How we use it

We use your email to deliver your private video link, confirm your purchase, send your result, and answer support requests. We use your photos and generation settings to request a video from the configured AI provider. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Photos are stored in cloud object storage with unguessable file names and must be reachable by the selected AI model while it processes the request. Anyone with a photo URL or your private result link could access the corresponding content. Please keep your link private and upload only images you are permitted to use.

Service providers and storage

We use Cloudflare for hosting and storage, a payment provider for checkout, an email provider for delivery, and an AI model provider for video generation. Their locations and retention practices depend on the providers configured when the service is available. We do not sell your photos or email address.

Order and delivery records are retained as needed for service, support, accounting, and disputes. Photos and result links are not currently deleted automatically after a fixed period. You can request deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.

Cookies and security

A private, HTTP-only cookie lets your browser reopen your paid video workspace. We also use necessary cookies for language and site operation. We use encrypted transport and access controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask to access or delete your photos and related personal information, subject to applicable retention obligations. Contact support@raindance.fun from the email used at checkout and include your order or private link. Do not email us your photos or full payment card number.
