Refund Policy

One-time purchase

Each charge pays for one video generation. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer right that applies to you.

Ask for help or a refund

Email support@raindance.fun from your checkout email. Include the order or private link, charge date, and a short description of the problem. Please contact us promptly, ideally within 14 days of the charge, so we can investigate while technical records are available.

We review duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorized charges, inability to access a paid workspace, and technical failures that prevent a usable video. We may offer a working link, a retry, or a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

A completed AI video can differ from your artistic expectations. Subjective preferences alone generally do not qualify for a refund after generation, unless applicable law requires one. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; the payment provider or bank controls the arrival time.

Policy changes apply to future purchases unless applicable law requires otherwise. The revision date appears above.
