The service

Raindance AI makes an original AI-generated video using two photos you provide and a lead-person choice. Each purchase covers one generation attempt that produces one downloadable video. The service does not include copyrighted music or a licensed track. Results are generated by an AI model and may vary from the examples and prompt.

Your photos and permissions

You must be at least 18, have the right to upload both photos, and have permission from each identifiable person shown. Do not upload minors, explicit material, unlawful content, another person's private photos without permission, or content intended to impersonate or harm someone. Do not request a celebrity likeness or an existing music video's footage, branding, or music.

You retain your rights in the photos. You permit us and our service providers to process them solely to operate the video service and provide support. You are responsible for how you use and share the output and for respecting third-party rights.

Purchase and delivery

The displayed price is for a one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription. Taxes, if any, are shown by the checkout provider. Enter a working email address: we send a private access link to it, and anyone with that link can open your video workspace. Keep the link private. We cannot guarantee delivery if the address is incorrect or your mail service blocks the message.

Video generation can take time and can fail. If a technical failure prevents a usable result, contact support so we can investigate, retry, or consider a refund under our Refund Policy. Do not make repeated generation requests for the same purchase.

After downloading your MP4, you may keep and use that file permanently, subject to applicable law and the rights of people and other third parties whose content appears in it. The private download link and our hosting of the file may expire; save your own copy.

Availability and conduct

We may refuse or remove content that violates these terms or provider rules, and may pause the service for maintenance or safety. Do not abuse the API, bypass payment controls, or interfere with the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular artistic result.

Questions about an order can be sent to support@raindance.fun from the checkout email. We may update these terms for future use and will mark the revision date above. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
